disable the f11

We have tosh laptops here that every time the user logs in the f11 function gets turned on and then has to be turned off otherwise you type stuff you dont want.

 

I've looked in bios so far and tried a reg change.

 

Still does it.

 

Any suggestions?

F11 is numlock? You should be able to control numlock state via software (reg and/or policy)

If f11 is numlock, we had to do this with a couple of our banks of laptops, just did a registry edit via gpo. Nice and easy and effective. Can you confirm if it is numlock.

yeah i think it is num lock.
