remote Apps and HAP Links in Chrome

Hi all

 

This may be normal behavior... but when I have created a tile for a remote app - in IE I can run it - in Chrome it downloads the RDP connection file.

 

Is this normal for chrome?

I'm replying to a very old question I know, but, I was searching for exactly this question. I have noticed exactly the same thing. This could be quite serendipitous because remote apps on Server 2012 doesn't natively allow RDP files to be created.
