When a student opens PowerPoint up, it blacks their screen out. The computer's still on, and they can close the porgramme if they move the mouse up to the top right, so it's not crashed or anything like that. I saw a post on Spiceworks (link) that says to delete something in sys32, which naturally I'm sceptical about. Has anyone else had this and fixed it?
