[sims] Attendance Letters not available

I have a computer where Reports > Attendance > Letters > Print Letters comes up with a blank list, but other computers have templates listed. Any ideas why? Are these documents held locally rather than on the server, and if so where? I've tried searching for them but cannot find them on another computer or on the server.

I've always thought they would be stored on the document management server, but my templates are always here S:\SIMS\Attend\Templates . The user needs to be able to modify the parent folder as that's where it creates the document.

All things being equal in your tests, i'd say the user can't see that folder.

"Everyone" has Full Control of that folder and its parent, plus I've checked the Word files themselves and those are the same. The S: drive must be mapping for this user, or she wouldn't be able to open SIMS at all. I will try it logging in to her computer as me though, and see what happens.
