.reg key not applying

I'm trying to distribute a .reg file to all users which changes the temp folder of outlook 2007. This is what I have got:

 

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Security]
"OutlookSecureTempFolder"="N:\My Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Office\Temp"

 

I am then applying this to the computer policy but it doesn't seem to be working (the temp path is still the default). Am I doing anything wrong here???

 

We are RM CC4/Win7
