auto composing/sending a new e-mail message Daily

Hi, our school is on the lgflmail system, with a combination of outlook clients and the lgfl webclient. we have a helpdesk software that logs calls when we send an email to [email protected]. I want to create a rule that will send an email to that address weekday. The email will be exactly the same same.

 

i.e.

Header: Daily Network Checklist

 

Body: Copy/Paste into reply and Delete appropriate Answer

1. Backup Successful YES/NO

2. Anti Virus Console checked YES/NO

i) Virus Warnings YES/NO

ii) Adware Warning YES/NO

 

etc....

 

Is it possible to do this?
