So, I've been told that I'm getting an S3 sometime next week to use as a work phone and I was wondering, are there any apps that are useful for managing Windows networks?

If you haven't already got it have a look at AndSMB, it's an app for browsing Windows shares on your network.

Also WiFi Analyzer (sorry no link, Google Play has been inexplicably blocked here it's unblocked again!) - it can be very handy for diagnosing WiFi signal issues

 

Oh, and Routerpwn is useful for penetration testing if that's your "bag"
