Printing Issue

Hi everyone,

 

At the school I work with we have a printing issue and it happens every time we reboot the print server.

 

We have equitrac running on our photocopiers. For those who don't know how this works you send a document to the printer and when you get to one of the three photocopiers in the school you have code you put the code in and it then shows the up documents you have sent to the printer. Each user has a different code.

 

However, every time we restart the server and anybody sends landscape documents to print the documents come out portrait, thus losing half of the document!

 

Last time this happened we solved it by restarting the print spooler, however this time that hasn't solved the problem.

 

Does anybody have any idea why this may be happening? We have latest driver installed from Richo's website.

Sorted, had to re-install the universal driver.
