Mobile devices (Not sure how "blue sky" this is but...)

we've been running a pilot on providing staff (ok just SMT so far during pilot phase ) with smartphones tied into our network.

 

In case anyone else is interested, I've posted a summary on my blog. I hope this helps someone, and if anyone else is doing or has done the same thing I hope you can help me by posting your thoughts either here or on the blog site. I'm obviously interested in tips to make things more productive, and of course any landmines people might have found in their attempts at this.
