DELL LAPTOP WONT WONT STREAM TO SONY MEDIA PLAYER SMP -N200

I have dell laptop with windows 7 home premium- it won't stream wirelessly TO sony SMP N200 MEDIA PLAYER (-MEDIA player connects to internet (youtube etc) wirelessly but

when i ask windows 7 to stream pictures for display on my tv i get an onscreen message telling me a file ( with around around 30 characters in file name & ending with \share) cannot be found - please any suggestions for finding this file - win 7 was factory installed on my laptop so no disc is available - thanks chris
