Are 'geek' and 'nerd' now positive terms?

Pfft, geek, nerd, they're all just vague terms diluted to the point they can mean whatever they need to. Me, I'm different, just like everybody else :)

When I see women my age dressing in very 'revealing' clothes and then whacking on a pair of 3D Glasses and calling themself "Geek" to make them seem less of a --.. that's when I know it isn't a positive term. :p

Back OT though: I get called various, I never actually know which one I am - I suppose really we should just consider ourselves another supercalafragalisticexpialadoshus sentence but with all names relating to 'Geek/Nerd' in it instead. I would say it is a positive term now, especially as society have finally realised we're not all trolls who have basements for bedrooms and refuse to utter a single letter out of our mouths to people we come across. The old stereotype is finally fading
