Little-Miss Posted November 14, 2012 Posted November 14, 2012 Is there a way of customising the colours on SIMS? One of the Admin gals struggles with all the white space as it accentuates her....well, floater. *snigger* (its a real thing, i think its bits of debris casting shadows on your retina) She asked me if there was a way of changing it. Is there any sort of accessibility function on there?
pete Posted November 14, 2012 Posted November 14, 2012 SIMS "white space" obeys Windows' Display Properties. So messing with the background window colour / shade would be where I'd start. Try an off-white and go from there. Does it also affect her use of Word etc? Floaters tend to be more noticeable when you're flicking your head around as they "settle" if your head's in position. ....unless she's got the sort that really don't flush. 1
Little-Miss Posted November 14, 2012 Author Posted November 14, 2012 She mentioned something to do with dinner money...dunno if shes counting something or what... I did wonder that as her taskbar is a weird olive green making certain parts the same, but will go have a play thanks...
sharonj Posted November 14, 2012 Posted November 14, 2012 Hi, If you look in sims.net under tools>set ups> user options you can change the colour of sims.
GeeHubb Posted November 15, 2012 Posted November 15, 2012 Good grief - you mean that not everyone has them?? I just assumed that was what everyone saw. I usually only find them an annoyance when I'm trying to get to sleep at night - or when I start thinking about them..... like now for instance.... darn!
