I don't suppose anyone has any idea what this cable is called?

 

Its for a bush TV, probably about a year or 2 old. To make things worse I can't get the model number as its been wall mounted

Not sure if this is any better or not.... thats what i get for getting somebody else to take the photo!

 

There is some plastic around the pins missing as its been snapped on in the tele

it converts something into a scart socket - the something being the bit i am sturggling with, this is the bit that goes into the back of the TV, its one of these fancy flat screen ones that are super thin

I have something like that on my new samsung tv, it converts scart into the base signals, basically composite + audio and pipes that through a propitiatory connector into the tv

It's a standard Mini-SCART connector. Got one lying around here somewhere when I forgot to send it back with the faulty TV it came with (PC World own brand crap)
