Recover deleted contacts from SIM card

One of our staff has lost theirs. Google reveals a lot of stuff for recovery. Can anyone recommend something please before I pick at random? Presumably, a SIM reader is needed? Edited November 6, 2012 by laserblazer

I don't know if it works on SIM cards but i use recuva for cameras and memory sticks

I did think of that but it would need a SIM reader and the file system is probably different.

You can get multi-readers that do SD cards and SIM cards i got one from ebuyer for about £5
