sky mail problem

I am looking at a relative's computer and there seems to be an issue with sky mail and the auto sign in feature,

 

if i untick the box and sign in and out it's ok otherwise if i close the browser and reload the page with the boxed ticked i get the screen shown below.

There seems to be an issue logged on the Sky status page.

Can you point me to this page? The laptops round his house and my house i dont seem to have the problem.

Thank you, i guess i should put in a support request throught that aswell, it just seems to be his computer that having the issue, i have also tried using ccleaner get rid of all the internet temp files incase it was a corrupt file but nope same worked fine until closed browser , i notice if turn the compatily settings on and off the page relaod fine until close browser again and if i turn compatily settings on all the time it will load the basic google sky mail
