Outlook 2010 lack of Automatic Replies "Outside My Organisation" tab

I'm not seeing the "Outside My Organisation" tab on the Automatic Replies dialog. We're running Office 2010 on Windows 7 PCs with Exchange 2003. I've tried Pro Plus and Standard versions of the software. Is there an Exchange setting?

Can't find anything on the internet. Any help greatly appreciated.

You need 2007 or above backend for that. 2003 wont work.
