hap 8.1 install issue

im willing to admit the issue is probably me but im stuck

 

setting it up at the office as a test so set up a 2008r2 vm (30gb vhd 2008r2 std iis7) nothing on it at all ive just installed 08r2 dotnet 4 and iis7 and added it as a member of the domain (atm its just in the computers container)

 

following the documentation going all ok until point 30

 

30. Add the permission:

a. IIS AppPool\HAP (Findable from the Local Machine). Set them to Read & Execute permissions

b. App_Data Folder: Set to Read & Write

 

ive tried searching both domain and local for iis apppool\hap and cant see it all i can find is iusr

 

im sure its me missing the obvious but can anyone tell me what im missing (other than a working brain)
