Spiceworks plugin build

Hi,

 

Currently within the school we use Spiceworks as a form of logging jobs. On a daily basis we print out job sheets and manually assign a priority to them. I'm looking for a programmer or developer to assist us with building a plugin that will automate this based on user defined criteria.

 

Does anyone know of any companies that i can contact or is there anyone out there with javascripting experience that would like to meet with us to discuss if it's even possible and where we should begin?

Might be cheaper to find a software package that already does this.

We've had a look into other packages but haven't come across anything that offers automated prioritising. If you have any suggestions they would be much appreciated.

Stupid question, but why? Can't your tech's just assign themselves the jobs? or if your the helpdesk/it manager, sign the tickets to the tech's yourself...Save them trees!
