YouTube stopped working, black rectangle - movie not loading when right clicked

Hi all,

Can see only black rectangle, when right clicked to try tick/untick hardware acceleration - displays only movie not loaded.

YouTube works on iPad connected to schools network. No problems with other websites with video content.

 

Steps taken:

update to new flash

flash reinstall

java reinstall

uninstall impero

uninstall Policy Central

web cache server restarted

 

Affected

Browsers: ie8, ie9, Firefox, Chrome, Maxhton

System: 7 and XP

Users: All

Computers: All

 

Any ideas what else I can try?

We have had similar problems this week - it works in chrome but not in internet explorer for students. As an admin it works though - have tried latest flash. This is on Windows 7 - internet through embc. Sorry can't be of more help but would be interested in finding a solution.
