folder redirection problem

I've got one user for whom folder redirection doesn't work.

 

I'm getting a host of 'system cannot find the file specified' errors in the error log, policy modelling shows an error

 

Folder Redirection failed due to the error listed below.

Cannot complete this function. 

Additional information may have been logged. Review the Policy Events tab in the console or the application event log for events between 15/10/2012 15:00:25 and 15/10/2012 15:00:25.

 

the errors in the error log are just the above mentioned 'cannot find the file specified'

 

I'm lost as it's only happening to one user who is in a group with a load of other users who have no issue, so it's not the usual permission issues I've fixed before!

Does the user have a roaming profile? If so might be worth resetting it...
