Zabbix. How to monitor status of disks?

Hi,

 

This program is so confusing to setup new items to monitor.

 

What im looking to do is monitor disks on a machine. e.g. Disk 0, Disk 1, Disk 3.

 

Some of the drives are mirrored so the D drive will check both Disk 1 and 2 so we cant just scan the D drive.

 

Any ideas?
