Unblocking hotmail from schoolguardian??

We have been trying for a while to allow Hotmail to the 6th form students, the issue we have is that they can login and view the inbox but not get to any of there emails, are there any specific url's we have to allow, we have mail.live.com, home.live.com, live.com and have the web email category allowed for them, still no joy, any ideas?

Have a look at your realtime logs in Logs and reports » Realtime » Web filter. Fill in the Username or IP address: box with a user having this issue and see if anything's getting blocked and by what policy. Anything being caught by adverts shouldn't be causing problems, let us know what you find.
