Morning All,

One of my Primary Heads wishes to share and update a calendar with her Bursar.

The school has an admin XP peer-to-peer network, consisting of a "server" (used by the bursar) and one workstation (used by the head)

They have been using Office 2010 since May this year and the Bursar has created and populated a school calendar for this academic year. We've shared this calendar on Office.com, as they do not have an Exchange server, but it has its limitations (the head can only view the calendar, not update it and its limited to 90 days in the future)

Our LEA can provide calendar sharing via their hosted Exchange 2007 OWA, however there is nowhere I can see to import an existing calendar, not to mention the cut down experience OWA gives.

Are there alternative working solutions to Exchange, which would allow two users to update one Outlook calendar?

Alternatively, use something like Google Calendar and subscribe to this in Outlook.

Can multiple parties edit the same calendar this way? Have you tried this yourself?
