Smartboard 11 and windows 7

Why can't we open smartboard 11 on windows 7 through another brand of IWB? We are getting the message: Thanks for using Smartboard etc......

Any solutions please. We have country licenses for both brands of boards.

Activation may depend on how you've deployed it.

Thanks for your support but i cannot understand the technicalities on the .pdf. I am not a technician i am only a class teacher who is looking for a step by step easy solution. Is there one?

Because smart 11 is only licensesd for use on a "Smart" board - if you try and use it with another brand of board its against the license agreement.

Unless you buy a SMART Notebook Collaboration license. They cost about £560 per non-SMART board that you want to use it on.
