Converting .pages file to .doc or .pdf file

I need to upload a resume to employment agencies, and they want the formats .doc, docx or .pdf. How can I do this? If there is software, what is it and where can i get it?

You should be able to "Save As" within iworks to save as doc (you might need the export command - I don't have iWorks to hand)
