Outlook 2010 distribution lists

This is the first of many questions i have for you guys today, tis one of those days...

 

Ok, i've started using Outlook 2010 for my Zimbra emails. I used an add-on to sync it with my Zimbra account and it all works fine.

 

It's been pointed out to me though that when i do an email to the allstaff distribution list, they see every email in that list instead of just allstaff like normal.

 

Is there something im doing wrong? I'm guessing i can stick it in the BCC but thats a bit rubbish...
