Developing Numeracy: Maths Skills and Practice CD-ROM 1-5 not working under Win7.

We have just recently taken over the control of a local Primary schools network (Elmrise Primary School.)

 

We have migrated their old network to a Windows 2008 R2 / Windows 7 environment and are trying to add most of their original software back.

 

My problem is that the Developing Numeracy: Maths Skills and Practice CD-ROM 1 to 5 does not really like being run in Windows7 were as it prefers Windows XP. I can run it fine in compatibility mode but when you make an MSI so to deploy it via GPO it will not take the compatibility mode with it.

 

Developing Numeracy: Maths Skills and Practice CD-ROM 1-5 was last produced in 2006. As such it is no longer being supported.

 

I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a way to make compatibility mode work with an MSI/WinINSTALL LE or if they knew a few wrapper tool that could handle the swf files correctly which also works with Windows 7.
