i have a really strange problem in one of my schools, we installed the printer about a month ago... and have not been able to print web pages from the get go.

We are on server 2003, and as an administrator we can print them fine. Any other user tries and it jams the spooler and we have to restart and clear it.

as i am pretty new to all this i was wondering if anyone knew of a solutions or could point me in the right direction. i am thinkin GP.. but not too sure where to start....

Is it just web pages or any kind of printing?

If it's just web pages you might want to look at the way that web pages tend to re-grab the content and then try to print. It could be something is blocking the system from grabbing for printing.

Not heard of the problem myself so wouldn't want to guess beyond that but a little googling came up with this:

Doesn't print correctly from the Internet

* This is usually related to the printer drivers not being compatible with the newer versions of IE and OEX.

* Look to Printers webpage and download the most recent drivers for the printer and install them.

* To be sure you get a clean install, I'd suggest you first delete the printer and then reinstall it using the new drivers.
