Hardly any camera movement.. Giant waves of molten magma splashing around and he's not even flinching? Screams 'greenscreen' to me.

Also, the lava just looks.. Wrong in comparison to everything else. As if the camera is zoomed in. Also the angle just looks.. Odd..

 

If that's real, he same some serious cahonies.. But I doubt it's real.
