Employee Training Tracking Database

Over the years we have moved from tracking our employee's training in spreadsheets to a homemade database in MS Access, and now we're looking at pre-built solutions. For our business, this means tracking completed training and required training. We've tried a lot of software on the internet, and the best fit so far is this one from Kaizen Software:

Is anyone else on this board currently using this one? Any feedback about it or suggestions for a different one?

We use SDMS which we inherited from our local LA. Don't know if it will do what you want but if you Google it, it is the first option. Gives us issues but we are not the only one who have the issue.
