Open source Digital Signage Solution

Hi

 

Not sure if this has been answered before, but I am looking for a Open source Digital Signage solution that meets the needs of the Hardware already present.

 

The way it is setup, is that whatever you see on the PC VGA Output is what is shown on all the TVs around school.

 

The VGA output is connected to a media converter that splits the signal over a Cat 5e cable, and at the other end the Cat 5e cable plugs into another media converter and then converts back to a VGA signal and then connects to the VGA input on the Tele.

 

This connects 4 televisions around school and a projector.

 

 

Has anyone got any ideas of a quickly configurable open source solution?
