chrisredfield93 Posted September 6, 2012 Posted September 6, 2012 Hi all, I have a laptop with Microsoft Steadystate installed and I am wondering if it the cause of my low battery, i know from windows vista upwards you have a choice on power plans, but my battery is not lasting more than 30 minutes, so i was wondering has this software caused problems with the battery? since does the power optiones only affect the hardware in the windows envrioment or does it change on the hardware level? here's a screenshot from the software "BatteryInfoView" BatteryInfoView - View battery information on laptops / netbooks
