Mail Server with Message History

Hi all,

 

We have a very outdated box here running Linux with Mailscanner/Mailwatch which we use as an SMTP server to relay mail from our admin system/printers.

The box is on its last legs and I would like to replace it with something virtualized.

Are there any Windows options that would give us the ability to check the message queues and, more importantly, a searchable history of emails that were sent through the system?
