File names not displaying in "Tiles" view

We are running v7.10, using the most basic options only (eg. "My Computer", not "MyFiles"). Server is Win 2K8 R2 SP1. Desktops are a combination of Win 7 and XP.

 

Browsers that we've tried include MSIE (up to 8) and recent versions of Chrome, Opera and Safari.

 

When we display a folder with files that have names greater than ~50 characters in length, the longer file names do not display in "Tiles" view. All file names display in "List" and "Icons" view. The file names don't contain special characters (just alphanumeric, period and underscore)

 

I though I'd read about this somewhere but I can't find a means of fixing this. Can anyone help?

It's a know issue with CSS/HTML, I'm looking to try and fix it but it's a flow priority at the moment, it's only for file names of 30 characters or more without spacing characters (.,-_ )

Am I right in assuming that if we move to the "My Files" option, we will not be affected by this issue?
