File and Print Sharing

Hi,

 

We have just taken delivery of some nice new shiny iMacs and are now setting them up ready for the new academic year in Sept. They are running Mountain Lion.

 

Our network is an RM CC3 network whereby all users have a login and we have been able to give access per user to the file sharing areas and printers on the network but wondered if there was a way to give access to multiple users to the shared (file) areas and printers rather than having to add them one by one?

If you joined the server to active directory you could add a group from your AD.
