Except, there's quite a lot of results missing. What's the common factor......it's OCR. *trudge off to the other method of getting the results* A2C helldesk already had their "yes, OCR broke something (undertone of *again!*)" speech rehearsed.

You and I are talking about different OCR failings, I think. Ours wasn't a file format issue (opened it in notepad, searched for the missing kids and the results weren't there), it was that OCR failed to deliver the results via A2C due to (and I'm paraphrasing from memory, so may be wrong) some schools having multiple ID codes with OCR if they'd historically used certain other exams/OCR-subsidiaries. OCR didn't take this into account when pushing results via A2C, causing a lack of results for certain schools.

Or it may have just been a few schools that were affected. I certainly helped somebody else out on SupportNet that also had a faulty file!
