Live@Edu - Accessing another mailbox

Hi there,

 

I want to create a generic mailbox for which several people can access. Is there a way for someone to access this mailbox whilst still logged into their own. Eg: I want to look if any mail has been received in the [email protected] email account without having to logout and log back in again.

 

I was thinking the 'Find someone' bit would do the job but I get permission errors and wouldn't know where to start with granting such permissions.

 

Any ideas?
