[sims] Print Letters window not showing all the buttons ? after upgrade to 7.16

Hi All

 

just wondering if anyone has come across with a issue after upgrading to 7.16

 

One of our client is expericing a issue where she is unable to see all the buttons in Print Letters Windows , attach is a screen dump of that issue.

 

have look at display setting all appears fine 1280 x 1040 dpi , just can't make sense out of this problem.

Do you mean version 7.146? Mine is fine, though haven't gone up to latest summer-4 revision yet

Your screen res seems odd though. i have 1280 X 1024, but if yours isn't working, try 1024 x 768 which is what it's built for.

Looks like your font is non-standard. Check the Appearance in Display properties. Reset it to Windows XP style
