[sims] SOLUS 3. SIMS 2012 Summer 4 Stuck Downloading

We've got an update that is stuck downloading. SIMS 2012 Summer 4. Anyone know how to move this along. Not heard from CAPITA support all day and this is very frustrating.

 

Have tried, rebooting server, restarting services all to no avail! And I can't download it seperately to bring it in as it's not on the downloads tab so I can't see where I should be downloading it from.

It's a bug mate, they basically need to change it to downloaded or such, then you can click the download button again.
