[sims] Nova-T6 not reading in SIMS

Have sent Nova_t6 timetable to Sims but some groups are not showing up withint Sims. When students are ticked in curriculum assignment there is a bracket around them and the curriculum timeline shows the group starting after the beginning of term. Do you know how to change the timeline or other strategies to make groups appear on the timetable in Sims? Many thanks.

Sounds like your Timetable Cycle has been changed and has not been sent to SQL from NT6, with appropriate start/end dates.

I suggest that this is done - you define the cycle as part of the send. Also, ensure that your start and end times for the timetable are correct. Once sent then you must Apply the Timetable after the transfer of the cycle.

 

One also assumes that your Pastoral Promotion has been set up correctly as well as, should you require it, your Academic Promotion rules.
