We are looking at way to use workflows to tie in with our group calendar ( this allows booking of tennis, badminton cricket nets and 5 aside)

 

we need to be able to book either 5 aside that uses whole sports hall

or if you book cricket nets for example then you cant book 5 aside but could book other cricket nets or badminton
