Home Access Plus slow to load

Morning,

 

Installed and got HAP working through IIS 7.5, although it is very slow.

 

Initial login screen appears quickly, but once I try to authenticate it grinds to a halt. Once logged in as an admin some of the tiles are missing, such as the control panel link etc.

I did a bit of digging around and it would appear the issue may lay with the AppPool (as we have other websites using AppPools that are suffering the same symptoms of slowness).

I followed Nicks instructions to set UsageMode from Quota to None, with no results.

 

Is there anything you can advise, be it with HAP itself or IIS?

Very odd, it shouldn't be causing that.
