Office 365 / Pupil E-Mail account monitoring

Hi All,

 

I'm looking at switching our e-mail system during the summer, and have been holding from going to Google Apps route knowing that Office 365 was just around the corner! I have setup an account for our school (Just waiting on the DNS / Domain Verify to kick in)

 

A quick question, does anybody know if the system allows an Admin / Senior Leadership Team to easily access a pupils mailbox on the free A2 package? Is there anything in place to allow for such monitoring of accounts that are used for pupils?

From what I've seen you can add a user/group to view a students mail box over powershell. Microsoft have a help page that shows how - Give an Administrator the Ability to Open and View the Contents of a User's Mailbox

If you haven't connected to the remote powershell then this should help - Connect Windows PowerShell to the Service

 

I would like to know if there is an easier way though. I don't really want to run a powershell command each time I want to look into a users mailbox.
