odd error on word

Keep getting the below error on an increasing amount of machines around the college, no new updates have been ran before this started to happen any ideas?

I found a block on some earlier versions of Powerpoint in other versions of office by default.

 

Below are the reg keys I had to modify to open earlier versions of PowerPoint in Office 2003
