I get "Were Sorry, This video was not found."

Im going through lancsngfl. so there's a high possibility the content is blocked without having access to it it will be difficult to find the URL, also a possibility tho slim is there having server trouble.

i would suggest trying to white list "http://nationalgeographic.com" as they seem to use "images.nationalgeographic.com" and "videos.nationalgeographic.com" etc worth a go but i dont see the video url in the page code so i cant tell you without access to the actual working site.

you could if you had a proxy look and see what it was trying to access in the backend.

Using Fiddler to see what loads (download it, 'tis free and superbly helpful in these situations) you may need to unblock dc.tremormedia.com, flash.quantserve.com and natgeo-f.akamaihd.net for it to work. I'd try them in reverse order tbh, you can tell more accurately which is the problem by running Fiddler yourself and seeing which domains come up against an error - I know a lot of the time, our Smoothie won't authenticate some pages due to NTLM limitations and these pages show up as a 503 error, I think - looking at the web view in Fiddler shows the block page from Smoothwall when that happens.

EDIT: I should say, the video does work when going direct to the Internet, so if you can kick your filter correctly you should get it working. Chin up!

EDIT EDIT: corrected a typo in a URL above, mistyped akamai as akami
