I suppose just because you are legally allowed to sell your license on doesn't necessarily mean that the original retailer has too make it easy or even technically able to do so. May just say you can legally sell your apple log-in etc. and the licenses that go with it?

The next Gen consoles are going to be download only so I hope this judgement stays, although I doubt it will. Always thought it was a bit of a P** take that you can not pass on your old downloaded software like I can for anything else. If I have paid for something it should be mine to do with as I please.

There's a website out there dedicated to this. I can't remember the url, but it checks all the games you have and tells you the current price of them all added together.
