glennda Posted July 4, 2012 Posted July 4, 2012 Internally it is possible but I think from looking at this before you would need a second owa site on a separate port to not use externally without intergrated auth although this may have changed with 2010 See here for more info. We have it setup using the MS group policies for outlook to automatically configure for exchange.

We have it setup using the MS group policies for outlook to automatically configure for exchange. @FN-GM We are not using the full version of outlook for some staff as they login different places and the profiles are not roaming so this is a problem. Disable cached exchange mode and you are ok. As long as you can cope with no offline access - which will be the same as OWA.

mrb-solutions Posted July 5, 2012 Author Posted July 5, 2012 no i think it would be better for our school to keep using the OWA. Last site managed to get the OWA to login automatically depending on who was logged onto the computer so would be involving the AD.
