small email app

Hi All,

 

Does anyone know a small app that can be install on windows server which basically sends an email to a specified email address. What I am trying to do is to send out an email when say disk space on a particular partion is low i.e. less than 10% it sends out an alert and an email as well. If you look on perfmon on windows server then it had an option to send an alert to a user, log an event in event viewer or run a program. Basically that is what i'm after a small app that i can use it to place it in the "run a program" section which will basically send a simple email to the specified reciepient.

 

Any ideas???
