Easy to use JPEG from Video tool

When I'm sticking flv's on my website, its nice to have a jpeg of a frame instead of just a black image and just found this tool which saves me either screen grabbing or delving into ffmpeg cmd line

VLC > Video > Take Snapshot

 

Admittedly that gives you PNGs rather than JPEGs, but even MS Paint can make that conversion these days.
