Oh Dear. Another case of bad customer service then. We british are too meek - blindly accepting the rudeness of shop staff without having the spine to stand up to them then saying THANK YOU when they shaft us! Good god people grow a spine!

Also, if you disagree with a person's view, they still have a right to express that view and you disagreeing with them doesn't mean their opinion is worth less than yours.

I can appreciate the frustration that drove that man to perform acts of criminal damage - his actions will have far-reaching consequences for his life - he'll probably lose his job. But he still remained calm and did not lash out or otherwise behave violently towards shop staff so I think that deserves recognition.

I was appalled at Tmobile when I was with them...I kept on getting "Three" ring me up and asking if I wanted to join their service and this was about 3 times a day...I asked how did they get my information and the chap said From Tmobile...I was like WHAT?! so straight onto customer services and actually got the Head of Customer services at one point (Probably the photocopier chap for all i know!) and they said No, they dont sell information onto 3rd parties...I stated data protection act etc...few weeks after leaving them comes out in the news that Tmobile had sold customers data on!!! :@

Just found the report: BBC NEWS | UK | T-Mobile staff sold personal data

Be grateful they only sold it to another mobile provider. When I was with O2 I used to get loads of marketing crap come through - mostly about mis-sold PPI. As soon as I left them it stopped... funny that.
